Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns: You may request a return within five (5) days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
1.2 Perishable Goods, Refrigerated and Frozen food items: Due to the nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns for perishable goods, refrigerated and frozen food items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
1.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at admin@littlewoodsproduce.com or 780-800-0766. You will be provided with further instructions for returning your product.
1.4 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of an error on our part. In the case of damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange pick up.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3 – 5 business days.
2.2 Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank account or credit card statement. If the refund is not yet visible, contact your financial institution. If you require further assistance, please reach out to us.
3. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return as described in Section 1 and place a new order for the desired product.
